Barium Thioantimonites

By the action of solutions of barium hydrosulphide and sulphide on antimony trisulphide the following compounds may be obtained: the orthothioantimonite, Ba₃Sb₂S₆.8H₂O, in golden-yellow crystals, the grey-green pyrothioantimonite, Ba₂Sb₂S₅. 8H₂O, and a chestnut-brown compound of the formula Ba₃Sb₄S₉. 10H₂O.
