Barium Fluoroxytitanate, BaTiO2F4, or BaF2.TiO2F2
Barium Fluoroxytitanate, BaTiO2F4, or BaF2.TiO2F2, is prepared as a flocculent precipitate, soluble in acids, by treating a soluble barium salt with ammonium fluoroxytitanate. A yellow substance of composition 3BaF2.2TiO2F2 is probably also formed at the same time.
